Men’s D-Group provides men with an encouraging process that teaches them how to live lives of authentic manhood as modeled by Jesus Christ and directed by the Word of God. Men’s D-Group is being used across and around the world to equip men to make their pursuit of noble manhood a lifelong priority. Men’s D-Group (Men's Fraternity) meets on Wednesday nights at 6:30pm, in a two-semester format. 45 minutes of teaching is following by small group time. We seek to inspire the men of their Church to connect with men in the community together in their personal pursuit of authentic manhood.

We also offer many opportunities for Men to get together and develop relationships with other men. We have Spring Camp Outs, Men's Chili Cook-off, weekly Spring & Summer Softball Games, Golf Tournaments, Football and Basketball in our gym, and many other outdoor activities.

Dave is the founder of 'Your One Degree'. He has been a mentor and guide for hundreds of men over the past 30+ years. The focus of Dave's mentoring has been in helping busy productive men:
- Get a better handle on their schedule, career, activities, and roles as a spouse/parent.
- Gain wisdom and perspective for each stage of life.
- Learn how to become much more impacting as leaders.
